The Lone Jack Lady Mules defeated the West Platte Lady Blue Jays in the first round of Districts at Lone Jack on Monday night. Courtney Osborn led all scorers with 25 points and Jordan Surber added 13 to the win. The Lady Mules are in action next on Wednesday at 6:00 pm at Lone Jack in the semi-final round of Districts.
The Lone Jack Lady Mules defeated Blue Ridge Christian on Friday night by a score of 51-32. Courtney Osborn led all scorers with 20 points and Jordan Surber added 10 to the win.
The varsity boys ended the Midway Tournament by winning the consolation side of the bracket by beating Adrian 45-43. They were lead in scoring by Nick Kirk with 23 points. They play again Tuesday at Wellington.
The Lady Mules basketball team played in their second round of the Cass Midway Tournament against KC Lutheran and lost by 6.
Last night the varsity boys played Archie at the Cass Midway Tournament and won 52-44. They were led in scoring by Joey Brandon with 15, Devon Deines with 13, Aaron Feehan with 13, and Nick Kirk with 10.
The Lone Jack Lady Mules basketball team fell to the visiting Orrick Lady Bearcats by a score of 48-37. Jordan Surber both contributed 11 points to the effort.
The Lone Jack Mules boys basketball team won Friday against Orrick 60-43. Lead by Nick Kirk with 22, Joey Brandon with 18, and Devon Deines with 13.
The wrestling team took 5th this weekend out of 13 teams at the West Platte Invitational. Place winners were 4th Place Larry Brown, 3rd Place Alex Constanza, 2nd place Hayden Hall, and 1st Place Zach Black.
The Lone Jack Lady Mules dropped their final game of the North Platte Tournament to the West Platte Lady Blue Jays by a score of 42-44 in overtime. The Lady Mules were led in scoring by Jordan Surber with 12 and Reese Radmacher added 9 to the effort.
The wrestling team beat Pembroke hill last night 39-24 with wins by Zach Black and Hayden Hall. They then lost to Holden, but was highlighted with pins from Alex Costanza and Hayden Hall. The team competes tomorrow at the West Platte Invitational with Wrestling starting at 9:00.
